Aluminum powder thermal transfer special powder coating technology formula

Because of the cost of polyurethane type powder coating, despite its many advantages, most manufacturers currently produce polyester/TGIC type and polyester/HAA type powder coatings as special thermal transfer powder coatings for aluminum profiles. Today, I will introduce you to the basic formulations of three types of powder coatings.

(1), outdoor matt wood powder coating formula

Polyester 600, XG665 Extinction curing agent 140, TGIC curing agent 1, PV8810, benzoin 4, precipitated hydrazine 300, R-902100, polyethylene wax 7, pigment amount;

Thermal curing conditions: 200°C/10min Thermal transfer conditions: 180°C/5min Gloss (60°) 3%

(2) Outdoor High-gloss Wood Powder Coating Formula

Polyester 600,333 curing agent 32, PV889, 70111, benzoin 4, precipitated hydrazine 300, R-902100, polyethylene wax 7, pigment amount.

Thermal curing conditions: 200°C/10min Thermal transfer conditions: 180°C/5min Gloss (60°) 90%

(3), polyurethane matt wood grain powder coating formula

Hydroxy-resin (high hydroxyl number) 200, hydroxyl resin (low hydroxyl number) 460, B1530310, leveling agent 20, barium sulfate 270, R902240, other additives 30, pigment amount.

Thermal curing conditions: 200°C/10min Heat transfer conditions: 180°C/5min Gloss (60°)6%
