Humidity regulator classification

(1) The dry and wet temperature sensing element type humidity scheduler places two temperature sensing elements at the measurement point at the same time, and reflects the relative humidity of the wet gauze with the temperature difference of the dry and wet temperature sensing elements. The temperature sensing element can be a warm pack. The differential pressure of the dry and wet temperature is changed into a differential charge of the warm-packed charge: there is a temperature difference - a difference in resistance occurs - an unbalanced voltage that becomes a bridge - reflecting the relative humidity.

(2) Lithium chloride type electric humidity regulator

When the relative humidity of the air changes, the water content of the lithium chloride coating changes, its electrical properties change, and the current changes. After the electric signal is amplified, the humidity control solenoid valve 4 is controlled. When the relative humidity of the air reaches the set value, the signal relay contacts are disconnected, the solenoid valve is closed, and the spray is stopped. When φ is lower than the set value by 1%, the solenoid valve is opened and the humidifier is operated.

(3) Nylon (or hair) type pneumatic humidity transmitter

A wetted element is made by utilizing the characteristics of the elongation of nylon or skim hair under a given tensile force in relation to the relative humidity of the air.

The system and its maintenance management are complex and have low sensitivity. After a long time of use, the wetted components will age or plastically deform. Not much use at the moment.
