Summer soybean field management points

Summer soybean plants are typically small and have a short growth cycle. To achieve higher yields within a limited time frame, field management should focus on the principle of "three earlys and two coincidences" to ensure optimal growth conditions. 1. Early seedling establishment: Ensuring uniform and healthy seedlings is crucial for summer soybeans. When seedlings reach about 3 cm in height, thinning should be done using a seedling cultivator. The recommended planting density is around 30,000 plants per mu, with one round of thinning to maintain proper spacing and promote strong growth. 2. Early and moderate tillage: Due to high temperatures and heavy rainfall, summer soybean seedlings often face challenges such as poor soil aeration and weed competition. Therefore, early tillage is essential to break up compacted soil, keep the soil loose, and encourage root development. It is generally recommended to perform 2–3 rounds of cultivation before the end of flowering to support plant health. 3. Timely fertilization: During the flowering stage, soybeans require more nutrients as they transition from vegetative to reproductive growth. Applying urea at a rate of 7–10 kg per acre at the beginning of flowering can significantly improve yield. If the plants show signs of slow growth, such as small leaves and dark coloration, an earlier application of 10–15 kg per acre is advisable. For phosphorus-deficient areas, applying 25 kg of calcium phosphate during flowering can also enhance productivity. Additionally, foliar sprays like 0.3% dihydrogen phosphate solution or 200 mg/kg multi-effect compound can help strengthen weak plants and boost yield. 4. Effective irrigation: Summer soybeans often face drought stress, especially during sowing and early growth stages. Irrigation should be used to maintain soil moisture at approximately 20%. During the pod-filling period, keeping the soil moisture at around 30% helps maximize yield potential by ensuring adequate water supply for developing pods. 5. Pest and disease control: During the flowering period, it's important to manage pests and diseases effectively. Spraying insecticides like enemy-killing agent (1000 times dilution) at 75–100 kg per mu, 2–3 times, can help control soybean heartworms. A 7–10 day interval between applications is recommended. Similarly, using insecticides like kungfu (1000 times dilution) at 30 kg per mu can control red spider mites. For fungal diseases such as gray spot, applying 70% methyl thiophanate at 60–100 g per acre can help prevent and manage infections. By implementing these management practices, farmers can optimize the growth of summer soybeans, leading to better yields and improved crop quality. Proper attention to timing, nutrition, irrigation, and pest control ensures that the plants have the best chance to thrive under challenging environmental conditions.

Stainless Steel Sliding Door

Characteristics and Advantages

(1) Intelligent control design: adjustable main parameter and secondary parameter automatically according to the weight of door leaves;

(2) Low noise: Special static sound track, integration of motor, worm-gear and retarder.

(3) Anti-clamping function: automatically reverse when meeting barriers;

(4) Unique electronic motor lock: the motor will lock up when the door is forced to open.(controlled by remote or switch)

(5) Tighten force: seal door when closed, power consumption approximately 10W under standby;

(6) Advanced brushless motor(36V,100W) can automatically adopt different heavy door leaves;

(7) Bi-doors inter-locking: one of the door leaves always remains closing;

(8)Safety sensor terminal: sensor stops working when door closed;

(9)Unique coating technology: never rusty;

(10)Easy and convenient to install;

(11)Working Process: when the door leaf closes to the right place, the door leaf will slightly shift to the door frame and the ground. The rubbers on the four sides of the door leaf will completely combine with door frame and ground, which ensures air tightness. When the door is open, the rubbers will separate from door frame and ground, which avoids contraction on the ground.

Technical Details:

(1) Rubber lining sealing technology combined with V groove on the guide rail enables the door completely sealed when the door closed;

(2)Special door body location technology. Semicircular surface beam on the ground matches with the V style groove at the bottom of door leaf, which stop the door from swing and make sure it moves stable and smooth;

(3) The door body decorated with matte stainless steel or spray surface, and on the middle and both sides with sealing stripes to ensure the hermetic effect.

(4)Feet sensor switch applied to avoid contagion;
