In a recent event, the Shaanxi Automobile Heavy Truck 2014 Business Annual Meeting took place in Xi'an, highlighting the company's strategic direction and future goals. The conference, themed “Transformation Driven, Goal Orientation, Value Marketing, and Win-Win Future,” was held at the Xi'an Qujiang International Conference Center. During the meeting, several key initiatives were unveiled, including the full-range national four-cards for 2014, which are centered around customer value. Additionally, a 360-degree experience program was launched to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The event attracted over 1,600 attendees, including senior executives from Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, Weichai Power, Fast Company, Xi'an Cummins, Hande Company, and other strategic partners. Industry professionals, media representatives, and customer representatives also participated in the meeting. The conference kicked off with a short film titled "Truck Partner," which showcased the company's dedication to building strong relationships with its customers. Yuan Hongming, General Manager of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings, presided over the meeting, while Chairman Fang Hongwei delivered a keynote speech titled “Transformation Drives Development, Value Achievement Dreams.” He emphasized that transformation is essential for creating value and driving growth. In an environment where the heavy truck market is becoming more rational, Shaanxi Automobile is focusing on the entire product lifecycle and customer needs. The company aims to achieve a 100 billion yuan revenue target by 2017 and increase heavy truck production and sales to 200,000 units. Fang Hongwei highlighted the importance of shifting from traditional development models to more innovative approaches, both in R&D and manufacturing. He stressed that transformation allows for better integration of products and services, enabling personalized solutions and large-scale customization. For marketing, he emphasized the need to focus on accurate and detailed customer demands, working closely with partners to create shared value. Zhou Yinchao, Deputy General Manager of Shaanxi Heavy Truck Co., Ltd., presented a report titled “Strength of Value Marketing, Fighting for the Target and Winning the Future.” He reviewed the company’s marketing achievements in 2013 and outlined the strategies for 2014. A video titled “This Year” was shown, reflecting on the progress made in the company’s marketing transformation. Later, the “Shaanxi Heavy Truck 360° Experience Launch Ceremony and Product Experience” took place. Attendees had the opportunity to experience the performance of Shaanxi trucks through various interactive zones, showcasing their handling, comfort, and intelligent features. The event concluded with the recognition of 244 outstanding distribution service units and 102 individuals, who were awarded for their contributions and efforts in supporting the company's growth. At the preparatory meeting, several leaders from different departments provided insights into the 2014 product lineup, business policies, financial support, channel planning, and new energy strategies.
