Plastic

Slush molding is also known as coagulation molding. It is an important method for making hollow soft products (such as toys) from paste plastics. The method is to pour a paste plastic (plastic sol) into a mold (a die or a negative mold) which is previously heated to a certain temperature.

Basic introduction to Slush-molding

Slush molding is also known as coagulation molding. It is an important method for making hollow soft products (such as toys) from paste plastics. The method is to pour a paste plastic (plastic sol) into a mold (a female mold or a female mold) which is preheated to a certain temperature, and the paste plastic near the inner wall of the mold cavity is gelled by heat, and then the paste is not gelled. The plastic is poured out, and the paste plastic attached to the inner wall of the cavity is subjected to heat treatment (baking), and then the hollow product is obtained from the mold by cooling.

The advantages of plastic molding are low equipment cost, high production speed and simple process control, but the accuracy of the thickness and mass (weight) of the product is poor. Commonly used plastic materials: polyvinyl chloride (PVC)

Common plastic products: car dashboard, plastic toys
Definition of plastic refers to the material that can be flow-formed during processing by using resin (or direct polymerization of monomer during processing) as the main component, additives such as plasticizers, fillers, lubricants, and colorants as auxiliary components. .

Plastic is a synthetic polymer compound that can be freely changed in shape. Plastic is a material obtained by polymerizing a monomer raw material by synthesis or condensation reaction, and is composed of a synthetic resin and a filler, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, a lubricant, a colorant and the like, and its main component is a synthetic resin.
Characteristic plastics mainly have the following characteristics

1 Most plastics are light, chemically stable and will not rust;

2 good impact resistance;

3 has good transparency and wear resistance;

4 good insulation, low thermal conductivity;

5 Generally, the moldability and colorability are good, and the processing cost is low;

6 Most plastics have poor heat resistance, large thermal expansion rate and easy burning;

7 dimensional stability is poor, easy to deform;

8 Most plastics have poor low temperature resistance and become brittle at low temperatures;

9 easy to age;

10 Some plastics are easily soluble in solvents.
Production process
It is a method of molding hollow articles. Pour the plastic paste into the open hollow mold during molding until the specified capacity is reached. The mold should be heated before or after charging to make the material gel on the inner wall of the mold. When the gel reaches a predetermined thickness, the excess liquid material is poured out and heated to melt it, and after cooling, the product can be peeled off from the mold.

Walk-in Bathtub

Also called elder bathtub,Make of high quality elastic  acrylic material.The difference with the ordinary bathtub is that the walk in  bathtub can open the door and enter the bathtub, and the safe handrails are designed in and out of the bathtub. To solve the problems of old people getting in and out of the bathtub and reduce the potential dangers such as easy twisting and falling in and out of the bathtub, the more important thing is to let the elderly people use this bath to solve the difficult and uncomfortable situation of baths, so that they can often and conveniently take baths. Reduce and eliminate the stress and irritability of the elderly, bathtub also equipped with safety seats, so that the elderly more safe bath.
