Everyone believes that Chinese private enterprises have become an important force in China's national economic and social development. As of the end of September last year, there were 10.3 million industrial and commercial registration enterprises (excluding 31.3 million individual industrial and commercial households). According to the current SME classification standard, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises reached 1023. 1 million, exceeding 99% of the total number of enterprises. At present, the value of the final products and services created by SMEs is equivalent to about 60% of the country's GDP. The tax payment is about 50% of the total national tax revenue, providing nearly 80% of urban jobs. Some experts pointed out that the country must be prosperous and strong, the people must be rich, the economy must be alive, and the society must be stable. We must continue to vigorously develop private enterprises.
The annual meeting adopts a combination of upper and lower, internal and external, and a three-in-one way. Government officials, economic experts, and business representatives conduct face-to-face communication and heart-to-heart communication. Focusing on the new challenges, new problems and long-term development that private enterprises may encounter in the post-crisis era, they have conducted in-depth discussions. It is called on local governments to truly implement the 2005 State Council's opinions on encouraging and supporting the development of the non-public economy. In 2009, the State Council’s opinions on further promoting the development of SMEs did help SMEs solve practical problems. At the same time, it is proposed to continue to raise awareness of the important status and role of private enterprises, eliminate prejudice and discrimination against private enterprises, and increase support from laws and regulations to create a level playing field and development space for private enterprises.
According to Sun Xiaopan, secretary-general of the China Private Entrepreneurs Association, in order to comprehensively grasp the production and operation status of private enterprises and the main problems existing at present, the relevant ministries and commissions of the United Nations and the institutions of higher learning form an expert research group, and self-raised funds have been in the second half of last year. Conducted on-the-spot investigations and in-depth investigations of private enterprises in 10 cities of Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Guizhou. In the first half of this year, they will continue to conduct research in the six northern provinces. Finally, they will report on the investigation and analysis report to the State Council to understand the situation for the party and the government. Provide a basis for policy development.
