A CNC lathe designed by our company is mainly used to complete the mass production of cranks for large diesel engines for ships. The use of plate-type tool holders for the cranking of internal opening, crank pin diameter, unloading groove, chamfering machine surface and other parts /finishing. The important parts of the product, the wall thickness of the plate type tool holder is extremely uneven, and the deformation is serious after welding with the steel plate. After the assembly is completed, the seismic resistance can not meet the requirements of the machine tool performance. We have tested the castings with good results.
