Four major problems

At the annual meeting, Xia Dejiang opened the door and analyzed the gaps in the current industry.

First of all, China's gear industry is not competitive, its technological innovation capability is weak, and its design platform is backward. "In particular, key core technologies such as automatic transmissions, automotive electronics, high-precision high-strength gears, high-strength bearings and airtight parts are still not fully in control." Xia Dejiang listed one by one: the automatic transmission design and standard research did not follow up in time. Foreign-funded transmission design companies are rushing to China. Most of the key technologies and components are dependent on the introduction. As a result, the standard lags behind the industrialization of products. Secondly, gear processing enterprises are small and scattered, with low degree of specialization and uneven development. There is a big difference in the level, brand and quality of products between enterprises. In particular, the reliability of the vehicle gear is poor, the gear noise is large, the leakage is serious, the life is low, and the counterfeit and shoddy products have a great impact on the market. "There have been reports in the media that there were more than 6,000 complaints from auto users last year, 25% of which were vehicle gears. This issue needs to be brought to the attention of everyone." Xia Dejiang stressed.

Secondly, the gear manufacturing technology is highly differentiated, and the same equipment of the enterprise does not meet the same precision requirements, and the process capability is unstable. "This is mainly reflected in the poor precision stability of domestically produced equipment. The manufacturing quality of the clamps and cutting tools cannot meet the needs of special users. High-end gear materials, high-, large, fine, rare equipment and complex gears of gears still need to be imported. ”

Finally, modern management and technical talent development also need to focus on. "Enterprise talents can't stay, the liquidity is very big, and there are very few professional talents." High-end market to be strong

"The Automobile Industry Adjustment and Revitalization Plan" proposes to upgrade the key technologies of domestic auto parts to the international advanced level within three years. He suggested that manufacturing companies cannot bloom everywhere, overcome small and scattered disorderly competition, promote professionalization and large-scale production, and at the same time improve the level of supporting chains and achieve cluster development.

"To cope with market changes, increase technological transformation and investment in science and technology, establish high-end technology research and development centers, and do fine and high-end gears."
