Pneumatic tools are more suitable for long-time work without the occurrence of heating phenomenon, and even if the compressed air engine is overloaded, the tool will only stop rotating, and once the overload is released, it will resume normal operation and will have no impact on the tools. Any failure will occur.

(f) In terms of reciprocating motion, pneumatic tools use piston motion, while power tools convert cams. In contrast, pneumatic tools have advantages.

Second, the environmental applicability (a) strong water resistance. Although immersed in water is harmful to the tool, it will not be fatal as a power tool. And because it will not produce sparks, so even if used in places where there is a risk of explosion will not lead to fire explosion, and more suitable for coal mines, oil fields and other post use.

(b) Pneumatic tools can work in all kinds of bad or harsh environments, but must do maintenance work (dust removal, water removal, refueling, etc.). Pneumatic tools can use an internal combustion engine air pump, so it is more suitable for field work. The pneumatic tool can work for a long time and is suitable for large-scale production lines.

Third, the economy (a) The initial investment in power tools is low, but long-term use of energy is high, and the cost of tool repair and replacement is also high.

(b) The initial investment in pneumatic tools requires the establishment of air-pressure piping equipment, but the long-term use is less costly in terms of energy consumption and tool maintenance.

(c) The weight of a power tool is generally 3-4 times that of a pneumatic tool, and it is not suitable for long-time work. However, pneumatic tools are more effective at improving work efficiency.
