It can automatically control important metallurgical parameters, make up for the insufficiency of non-metallic elements (C, Si), and the conventional analytical instruments can not meet the time requirements of rapid analysis before furnace. It can quickly determine gray iron, methane and ductile iron. The content of carbon, silicon and carbon equivalent in the original iron in the creeping iron, and timely adjustment of the ingredients according to the measurement results, plays a considerable role in the quality control in the casting production process. (1) Measurement function: gray iron, methane iron, ductile iron, vermiculite original molten iron: carbon equivalent CEL, carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, pouring temperature TM, liquidus temperature TL, solidus temperature TS.
(2) Display function: Adopt 10-inch high-definition industrial LCD display, real-time data is displayed by graphical curve. The normal indication or the decoupling indication is displayed before the measurement. After the measurement is completed, CEL, TL, TS, C%, and Si% are displayed, and TL and TS are marked on the curve.

(3) Printing function: The printed content is measurement number, date, time, carbon content and silicon content.

(4) Ingredients function: According to the target material, the weight of molten iron and the measured C% and Si% content, the dosage of the ingredients (recarburizer, ferrosilicon, scrap steel) for user reference is automatically calculated.

(5) Data storage: including carbon content C%, silicon content Si%, date and time, and can print history as needed.

(6) Measurement time: The sample is poured before the furnace to the result, and the time is 1 minute and 45 seconds.

(7) On-site measurement: no laboratory or laboratory technician is required, and it can be directly operated by the furnace worker.
