one. Pre-use requirements:
1. The distribution box and switch box should have names, uses, shunt marks and system wiring diagrams.
2. The distribution box and the switch box door should be equipped with locks and should be handled by a special person.
3. The distribution box and switch box should be checked and maintained regularly. Inspection and maintenance personnel must be professional electricians. Inspection, maintenance must be worn in accordance with regulations, wear insulated shoes, gloves, electrical insulation tools must be used, and inspection, maintenance work records should be done.
4. When carrying out regular maintenance and inspection of the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding electric Tan isolation switch at the previous level must be disconnected from the power supply, and the “No closing, someone working” power failure sign must be suspended. Live work is strictly prohibited. .
5. The distribution box and switch box must be operated in the following order:
(1) The power transmission operation sequence is: total distribution box → distribution box → switch box;
(2) The power failure operation sequence is: switch box → distribution box → total distribution box. However, there may be exceptions for emergencies where electrical faults occur
6. When the work site is stopped for more than one hour, the power switch box should be de-energized and locked.
7. Do not place any debris in the distribution box or switch box and keep it tidy.
8. It is not allowed to randomly connect other electrical equipment within the distribution box or switch box.
9. The electrical configuration and wiring in the distribution box and switch box are strictly prohibited. When the melt of the fuse is replaced, it is forbidden to use the melt that does not meet the original specifications. The leakage protection device should start the leakage test before the daily use. The test jumps once. If the test jump is abnormal, it is forbidden to continue using it.
two. Distribution box and switch box settings
1. The distribution system of the construction site shall be equipped with a total distribution box (distribution cabinet), distribution box, and switch box to implement three-level distribution and secondary leakage protection.
2. Several distribution boxes can be set below the total distribution box (distribution cabinet), and several switch boxes can be set below the distribution box.
3. Distribution box and switch box should be made of cold-rolled steel plate, the thickness of steel plate is 1.2~2.0mm, in which the thickness of switch box box steel plate shall not be less than 1.2mm, the thickness of distribution box box steel plate shall not be less than 1.5mm, and the door Reinforcing ribs should be provided and the surface of the box should be treated with antiseptic. The vertical distance between the center point of the fixed distribution box and switch box and the ground should be 1.4~1.6m. Mobile distribution boxes and switch boxes should be installed on sturdy and stable supports. The vertical distance between the center point and the ground should be 0.8~1.6m.
4. The electrical equipment (including sockets) in the distribution box and switch box should be fastened to the metal electrical installation board first, and must not be skewed and loosened, and then they can be fastened in the distribution box and switch box as a whole. The total distribution box (distribution cabinet) can also use the installation of electrical beams. Metal electrical installation boards and metal boxes should be electrically connected.
5. The connection in the distribution box and switch box must use copper core insulated wire. The color of the wire should be: phase line L1 (A), L2 (B), L3 (C) The color of the phase sequence is yellow, green, red; the color of N line is light blue; the color of PE line is green yellow Two-color. The arrangement of the conductors shall be neat, and the branch joints of the conductors shall not be crimped by bolts. They shall be welded and insulated and shall not be exposed.
6. N terminal (row) and PE terminal (row) must be set in the distribution box and switch box. The N-line terminal (row) must be insulated from the metal electrical installation board. The PE terminal (row) must be installed with metal electrical equipment. Boards make electrical connections. The number of connection points of the N terminal strips and PE terminal strips of the distribution box (cabinet) shall be n+1 (n—the number of loops in the distribution box); the number of wiring points for the N terminal strips and PE terminals of the distribution box shall be at least Two or more; switch box should be set N line terminal and PE line terminal.
7. The metal box of the distribution box, the switch box, the metal electrical installation board and the metal chassis and shell of the normal uncharged electrical equipment must be electrically connected to the PE wire through the PE wire terminal board. Both the metal box door and the metal box must be used. Soft copper wires make electrical connections.
8. The distance between the electrical components on the electrical installation board in the distribution box and the switch box shall be no less than 80mm in the vertical direction and not less than 20mm in the horizontal direction.
9. The power distribution box and the switch box should be installed on the bottom of the box. The inlet and outlet holes must be insulated with rubber grommet. The inlet and outlet wires must not be in direct contact with the cabinet. The crossbeam on the box bracket should be pre-wired. Leave the fixing holes in the outlet.
10. The outline structure of distribution box and switch box should be able to prevent rain and dust. The protection level shall not be lower than IP21 when opening the door, and shall not be lower than IP44 when closing the door.
