Nowadays, the high development of the pig industry has proved that feed additives have become an important technical means to supplement animal nutrition. In recent years, the use of Chinese herbal medicine to supplement feed nutrients, promote growth, enhance animal physique, and improve disease resistance have been reported in China, and Chinese herbal medicines are easy to absorb without drug resistance, cheap, and rich in resources, so Chinese herbal medicine additives are an ideal safe. Growth promoters and health care agents have high application development value and promotion value. To further study the growth-promoting effects of Chinese herbal medicine, we conducted this trial.
1, materials and methods
1.1 Selection of test animals and grouping
In this experiment, there were 30 hybrid pigs of Nei'e ♂+♀ Changbai, which were randomly divided into two groups, one group was 15 heads, and the male and female were consistent.
1.2 Test diet and additives
The two groups of basal diets and premixes are the same, the only difference being the Chinese herbal additives for the test group additives.
1.3 Test phase and feeding management
The test pigs were observed to have no history of disease, no history of edema, and no predation for 10 days without proper appetite. At the same time, the insects were lavage, stomach, and disinfection, and the stomach was weighed at 8:30 on the 10th day. Feeding method, using powder and water mixed with wet feeding, that is, semi-dry and semi-wet method, the green material is not limited to free feeding. Do a good job in the sanitation work of the pig house, sweep twice a day, morning and evening, and observe the growth of pig feeding.
2, the results and analysis
2.1 The test results are shown in Table 1. From the test, the average daily weight gain of the experimental group added with Chinese herbal medicine additive was 900g, which was 100g higher than the control grade 800g. The feed meat ratio was 2.6 less than the control group 3.1, and the weight gain was obvious. Than lower. The difference was significant by T test (P<0.01). The results showed that Chinese herbal medicine additive had obvious growth effect on finishing pigs.
From the data collected in Table 2, it can be seen that during the test period, the gross profit per pig in the test group was 182.4 yuan, and the gross profit of the control group was 124.9 yuan. As a result, the test group could increase the income by 57.5 yuan more than the control group, the difference was significant. . 3.2 After feeding the Chinese herbal medicine additive, the pig's metabolism is accelerated, so the pig is very sensitive to the change of the ambient temperature. Pay attention to the heatstroke prevention and cooling work of the pig in the hot summer, so as not to affect the effect.
3.3 The origin of Chinese medicine is different. The soil and climate are different, which causes the content of pharmaceutical ingredients to be different, which affects its effect. There is no industry standard in the country, which brings difficulties to promotion. However, the prospects for Chinese herbal medicine additives are promising and cause widespread concern.
