Wilton, USA, has designed the Advanced Plastic Series A100P Pneumatic Double Diaphragm Pump (AODD) to deliver the highest performance and efficiency while meeting the required wear, temperature and chemical compatibility parameters. The A100P is a 13 mm (1/2 inch) pneumatic double diaphragm pump in a bolt configuration. Not only that, its redesigned liquid path reduces internal friction and maximizes displacement and efficiency. The pump delivers 42.4 liters / minute (11.2 gallons / minute) and maximum pressure of 8.6 bar (125 pounds per square inch). The pump has a maximum dry suction capacity of 6.6 mm (21.5 inches) and can handle solids up to 1.6 mm (0.06 inches) in diameter. Elastomer material options include: Buna-N, Polyurethane, Saniflex, PTFE, Viton and Wil-Flex. The A100P Pneumatic Dual Diaphragm Pump is maximized by using Accu-Flo technology. Accu-Flo technology uses a two-position, four-way solenoid valve with a single operation, spring return, allowing the valve to be internally air-guided. Use air pressure to fill the chamber, replacing the diaphragm with an electrical pulse, indicating the number of pulses. Alternating the application and removal of power, the Accu-Flo pump reciprocates back and forth like a standard pneumatic pump, increasing pump efficiency.
