Turkey and Shell may sign oil exploration agreement next week

According to Norway's "Upstream Online" November 16 Ankara report, the Turkish government and Europe's largest oil company Royal Dutch Shell will sign an oil exploration agreement next week.

The Turkish Energy Minister Tanar Ildidz confirmed to media reporters here today that the negotiations between the Turkish government and Shell are currently underway and that the two sides may sign an oil exploration agreement next week.

The Turkish newspaper Sabah reported today that the National Oil Company of Turkey (TPAO) and Shell have in principle reached an agreement on oil exploration operations in Turkey's Mediterranean exclusive economic zone.

â‘£ Oil drilling grade CMC containing mud, little affected by mold, so no need to maintain a high PH value, do not need to use preservatives.

⑥ mud containing CMC, good stability, even at temperatures above 150 ℃ can still reduce water loss.

Oil drilling grade CMC with high viscosity and high degree of substitution is suitable for less dense mud. CMC with low viscosity and high degree of substitution is suitable for dense mud. Selection of CMC should be based on mud types and regions, well depth and other conditions to decide.
