Recently, some social groups and enterprises have used the names of the “Biogas Research Institute of the Ministry of Agriculture†and the experts of the Institute to engage in profit-making activities, which has caused certain negative impact on the management and social reputation of the firm.
We hereby reiterate that:
1. Without the consent of the Stock Exchange and myself, no unit or individual may use the names of the "Ministry of Agriculture's Biogas Science Research Institute" and the experts of the Institute of Agriculture's Deputy High Level and above without authorization in social communication and business activities. The impact and loss shall be borne by the user.
2. Without the consent of the Exchange, all activities performed by our subordinate senior experts and above are all irrelevant to this Exchange. If any losses are caused, we shall pursue the relevant responsibilities according to law.
