According to the agreement, the registered capital of the new company jointly established by the two parties is 101.43 million yuan, of which Gleason Company invested 71 million yuan, Ha Yigong invested 30.43 million yuan, and Gleason Corporation holds 70%. In the next three to five years, the new company is expected to achieve annual sales income of 200 million to 300 million yuan, becoming a world-class, most competitive gear tool production base.
